Pete Tong is set to hit Ibiza tomorrow for the launch of Wonderland’s 2010 season. The flagship White Island night will hold 15 parties across the summer at Eden, running from 25 June until 1 October.

Bryan Ferry is set to arrive on the island ahead of an exclusive full live show with dancers and backing singers that will see him perform Roxy Music classics and his latest tracks with DJ Hell and Groove Armada. Joining Pete in the main room will be Ibiza stalwart, Steve Lawler. Radio 1 newcomers and two of dance music’s brightest ascending stars, Jaymo & Andy George, will host room 2 with their club brand, Moda, a season long residency that will bring their white-hot UK club night to Ibiza for the first time.

Now in its third year, Wonderland Ibiza follows a 2009 season that saw performances from Lady Gaga, Deadmau5, Eric Prydz, Luciano, Zane Lowe & Mark Ronson, Dubfire, Simian Mobile Disco, Faithless, and beyond.

2010’s guests include Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Calvin Harris, Annie Mac, Erol Alkan & Boys Noize, Dubfire, Jakwob, Burns, and many more.

Joining Pete for the season will be main room residents Rob Marmot and Alex Ellenger (Trust).

However I have been a big fan of various kinds of dance music for a very long time, and my first visit to Ibiza was more than 30 years ago, so I feel fairly qualified and very enthusiastic about performing there. Pete Tong is one of the coolest guys on the dance music scene, and I feel honoured to be asked to play at his opening night."
